Reverse Engineering
Often times we are asked to build equipment (such as impellers) where the drawings and patterns do not exist or the product itself is obsolete. The example to the left is a hydropulper for a shingle plant in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. No information existed and a replacement was required. We developed drawings, designed the pattern, completed the engineering and then proceeded to build the component. This included material selection, fabrication, machining and balancing.
Pump Projects can be your partner for these challenging projects that seem formidable to execute.
